By using the Service, you grant Kladdo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content
• Your Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• Your Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of sharing it through the Service.

Kladdo offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and increased storage limits.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by Kladdo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLADDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kladdo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located within the United States.
